When you checkout, the different payment methods will be displayed. Our current payment methods are the following:

– Online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Mada, and STC Pay.

– Direct Bank Transfer: STC PAY / RAJHI BANK / RIYADH BANK

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping is free for +300 SAR orders in Saudi Arabia and free for +500 SAR in other countries. If your order is below that amount, then it’s mandatory to choose a shipping option in the checkout.

Do you have a lead time for orders?

Custom cakes require 2-3 days lead time.

When should I pay for my order?

Payments with direct bank transfer should be made at least 2 days prior to pick-up date. Slots will only be reserved once proof of full payment has been sent.  Should the client fail to send proof of payment 2 days prior to the pick-up date, the slot assigned will be given to other clients.

Do you deliver?

Yes ! We ship the treats all around KSA, GCC and Jordan .

What if no one is available to receive my order?

Should you fail to pick up your order at the scheduled date of pick-up, it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.

Can I change my order? 

The date of payment is also the final date for any changes in colors, size, flavors, design, and delivery details. Any changes made after the date of payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery & shipping:

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we are keen to follow up on your shipments and send you a tracking link. We also follow up with them until they arrive. If they are delayed beyond the specified period, please contact us. We are always at your service.

What is the expected time for my shipment to arrive?

The period specified by the shipping companies is considered approximate and is beyond our control. Once we deliver the shipment to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility after that. The shipping period ranges between 2 – 7 working days, provided that it does not exceed 15 working days (weekends are not counted as days. Working for shipping companies.)

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are prepared within two days. If the products are not available, it may take from one to three weeks to restock them in the store. This may increase depending on the pressure of orders and the availability of the required products with our suppliers.

What if I don't receive my order?

When the customer does not receive the shipment and returns it, the customer must pay the shipment fees again to have it shipped to him again. If the customer wants to cancel the order, the shipping value + electronic payment fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned according to our exchange and return policy.

How do I retrieve/cancel my order?

If the returned or canceled order includes a reduction in shipping fees or free shipping, the basic shipping cost of the shipping company will be deducted and not the reduced or free price.

Shipping companies coverage:

Most companies serve most cities and villages in the Kingdom, but some of them do not include home delivery, as the customer is asked to receive the shipment from the branch located in his area. If the area does not support home delivery, it must be received from the branch.

Our Products:

Can humans eat the treats?

Yes the treats are safe for human consumption however, you might not like the taste because the cakes are vegetable and meat-based and it doesn’t contain sugar, or salt like the usual human cakes.

Do your treats contain dog food?

No, we do not use any form of dog food. All our ingredients are human-grade, and fresh from the market. Some of the herbs we use come from an organic farm, to make sure it’s free from pesticides and other harmful chemicals. 

What ingredients do you use?

We use all-natural and human-grade food. Cakes are vegetable and meat-based. 

What if my dog has allergies?

We can customize your order depending on the needs of your furkid. All custom orders are subject to additional fees. Please consult first with your veterinarian for any allergy-related concerns of your furkids prior placing an order with us. We won’t be responsible for any cases that might arise/occur due to known/unknown allergies, if the customer still pushes thru with their order/s.
